Zenobē Energy Limited is seeking a Paralegal to join its Legal team on a permanent basis in London. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will support a broad range of commercial, corporate and financing transactions while gaining exposure to an expanding energy-tech business.
In a small, collaborative team you will:
- Draft and negotiate NDAs
- Assist with commercial agreements
- Manage contract processes (DocuSign)
- Support KYC/AML
- Help build templates and legal operations initiatives
