About the role

As an Account Manager in the ZDX team, you will play a key role in managing and delivering digital, social and influencer programmes across a range of clients. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who understands how brands show up on social, how creators can build credibility and engagement, and how digital activity can be planned, delivered and measured effectively.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of client work, helping to turn briefs into clear plans, overseeing campaign delivery, managing content and influencer programmes and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard. You’ll be confident leading client conversations, managing timelines and deliverables, and working closely with senior digital leads, account teams, our design team, paid specialists and external partners. Ideally you’ll be someone who is comfortable with both managing detail and contributing ideas. You’ll bring strong knowledge of social platforms, influencer marketing and paid social, with the ability to translate performance data into clear, useful recommendations. You’ll also support junior team members, helping them develop their skills while ensuring activity runs smoothly across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day digital and social activity across a range of clients, including content planning, campaign delivery, influencer coordination, paid support and reporting.
  • Act as a key client contact for digital work, managing requests, timelines, expectations and deliverables with confidence and clarity.
  • Support senior leads in responding to briefs, shaping campaign plans and identifying opportunities for social, influencer and paid activity.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of social content plans across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Support influencer programmes, including talent research, shortlisting, outreach, briefing, content management, contracting and reporting.
  • Set up, manage and review reporting templates for social, content, paid and influencer campaigns.
  • Analyse performance data and translate results into clear commentary, recommendations and next steps.
  • Stay up to date with changes across social platforms, creator marketing, paid media, content formats and digital best practice, sharing relevant insights with the team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4 years’ experience in an agency or in-house role, with strong hands-on experience across social and influencer programmes delivery.
  • Comfortable managing day-to-day client relationships, timelines, deliverables, approvals and multiple workstreams at pace.
  • Able to identify opportunities, contribute ideas and apply cultural, platform and audience insight to strengthen social programmes and campaign recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of key social platforms, creator marketing and paid social, with the ability to apply platform best practice to client work.
  • Able to translate performance data into clear recommendations, support junior team members and work effectively with account, creative, studio, strategy and paid specialists.
