Zeno Group is the fiercely independent and global, integrated communications agency, born from PR. We bring together the boldest and brightest talent to help clients across industries and sectors unleash the power of strategic communications. Guided by our "Fearless Pursuit of the Unexpected," we push the boundaries to achieve real business value and societal impact for clients.
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our London team. This is a pivotal – and new – role that sits at the centre of both client delivery and agency operations. Great ideas don't happen in isolation. They happen when brilliant people come together at exactly the right moment. Strategy informs creativity. Creativity inspires production. Production fuels earned attention across many platforms from media to social. And behind it all is someone ensuring every moving part is working in harmony.
The role has two core areas of responsibility:
- Client Campaign Project Management: Defining project scope, deliverables, milestones and dependencies from briefing through to completion. Coordinating teams across account management, strategy, creative, production, earned, social and digital disciplines. Managing budgets, resource allocation and utilisation across campaign teams. Building project timelines, workback schedules and delivery plans for integrated client campaigns both local and global. Tracking project progress and proactively identifying and resolving risks, blockers and delivery challenges. Managing approvals, feedback rounds and stakeholder sign-off processes. Providing clear project status updates and delivery reporting to account leads and senior stakeholders. Supporting teams to deliver high‑quality work on time and within scope.
- Chorus Operations & Resource Management: Managing workflows and workplans across Chorus, ensuring projects are prioritised and delivered effectively. Coordinating resource allocation across Intelligence, Strategy, Creative and Creative Production teams, ensuring Chorus operates as one integrated team rather than four separate functions. Working closely with function leads to balance capacity, utilisation and business priorities. Supporting new and organic business development with project planning, scoping and resource forecasting for new opportunities. Maintaining visibility of incoming demand and helping teams prioritise work effectively. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, collaboration and operational efficiency across functions.
- Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a central point of coordination between client teams, specialist functions and leadership. Facilitating clear communication and alignment across multiple workstreams and Zeno offices. Ensuring stakeholders have visibility of priorities, timelines and delivery requirements. Building strong relationships with account teams, producers, creative teams, function leads and senior leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- 8 + years with proven experience in project management within an agency, creative, communications or marketing environment.
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience building project plans, timelines, budgets and resource schedules.
- Strong understanding of creative and campaign development processes.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate across teams and levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges before they impact delivery.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience using project management and resource planning tools e.g. Monday.com and Microsoft Planner.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience supporting business development, financial forecasting or operational planning.
What Success Looks Like:
- Delivering client projects on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
- Bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex campaigns and workstreams.
- Building trusted relationships across teams, leadership and client stakeholders.
- Ensuring Chorus resources are effectively planned, prioritised and utilised.
- Identifying and resolving risks and bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Improving operational efficiency through stronger planning, workflows and processes.
- Supporting business growth through accurate scoping, resource planning and project mobilisation.
- Enabling teams across Zeno London and the wider global Zeno network to do their best work.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how work gets delivered across both client campaigns and agency operations. You'll sit at the heart of some of our most important projects, helping teams do their best work while driving efficiency, collaboration and excellence across the business.
