Together, we bring bold thinking and innovative execution to our clients across a wide spectrum of sectors, from consumer brands and technology businesses to healthcare organisations and corporate leaders.
At the heart of our digital offer sits the ZDX team, bringing together specialists in social strategy, content, creator marketing, paid media and digital innovation.
We help brands build relevance, engagement and advocacy through audience‑first strategies, culturally resonant content and measurable digital programmes.
As creator marketing continues to evolve, we see creators not simply as influencers, but as trusted storytellers, cultural connectors and content producers who play an increasingly important role across the communications mix.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced creator marketing leader to lead and grow Zeno London’s creator capability as part of the wider ZDX leadership team.
This role combines strategic leadership, client counsel, team development, thought leadership and commercial growth.
You will be responsible for shaping creator strategies for some of the agency’s largest and most ambitious clients, while helping build and evolve the creator offering across the wider business.
You will oversee the development and delivery of creator programmes spanning earned, owned and paid activity, working closely with social strategists, account teams, creatives, paid specialists and analytics experts to deliver integrated campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
As Head of Creator, you will act as a senior advisor to clients, helping them navigate the evolving creator landscape, platform changes and emerging opportunities.

As the senior creator marketing specialist within Zeno London, you will also play an important role in building the agency’s profile externally.
You’ll contribute to industry conversations, represent Zeno at events, build relationships across the creator ecosystem and develop thought leadership that positions both the agency and our clients at the forefront of creator marketing.

- Lead the development of creator marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients and sectors.
- Provide senior strategic counsel to clients on creator marketing, leveraging creator intelligence, audience insights, social trends and platform developments to inform data‑driven recommendations and programme design.
- Ensure creator programmes align with wider communications, social and business objectives.
- Oversee campaign planning from audience and creator identification through to activation, optimisation and reporting.
- Act as a senior client lead and trusted advisor on creator‑led communications programmes.
- Present strategic recommendations and campaign approaches confidently to senior client stakeholders and integrated agency teams.
- Capability, Development and Innovation
- Own and evolve Zeno London’s creator marketing proposition and service offering.
- Identify emerging opportunities, platform developments and industry trends that can create value for clients and the agency.
- Develop frameworks, processes and best practice to ensure high‑quality delivery across creator programmes.
- Work closely with global and regional teams to share learning and contribute to broader creator marketing initiatives across the network.
- Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies across the creator workflow, driving greater efficiency, creator discovery, audience analysis, content optimisation, reporting and programme innovation.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead, mentor and develop creator specialists and wider digital team members.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching and career development across the creator capability.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation and continuous learning.
- Partner closely with account, strategy, creative, paid media, analytics and production teams to deliver integrated client programmes.
