About The Role
The most ambitious creative work doesn't come to life because everything goes according to plan.
It happens because someone can see a path where others see obstacles.
Someone who knows how to bring together the right people, partners, technologies and production approaches to turn creative ambition into real-world impact.
We're looking for a hungry, ambitious Creative Producer who knows how great work gets made.
You'll join a growing creative team working across brilliant brands in consumer, technology, healthcare and corporate worlds, helping bring earned-first campaigns, social activations, content programmes, creator partnerships, experiences and cultural moments into the world.
You'll work alongside creatives, strategists, designers and account teams from the earliest stages of idea development, helping shape concepts, identify the right partners and find smarter ways to make ambitious ideas happen.
From advising on production approaches and building delivery plans to sourcing specialist partners and solving complex challenges and challenging budgets, you'll play a critical role in turning creative ambition into reality.
We're looking for someone who understands that production is a creative discipline in its own right.
Someone who can champion ideas while balancing quality, feasibility, budget and timing.
Someone who sees production not as a constraint, but as an opportunity to make ideas even better.
Someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
Someone who wants to make work that truly matters to the real world.
Ambitious ideas don't happen by accident.
They happen when people care enough to make them real.
What You'll Do
- Lead the production and delivery of campaigns, activations, content programmes, creator partnerships and experiences from concept through to execution.
- Develop production approaches, scopes of work, budgets and timelines that maximise creative opportunity while ensuring successful delivery.
- Identify and manage the most appropriate production partners, creators, suppliers, freelancers and specialist vendors for each project.
- Advise teams on feasibility, innovation, emerging technologies and production solutions that can elevate creative work.
- Build strong relationships with production companies, creators, studios, experiential partners and other specialist suppliers.
- Manage production budgets, negotiations, contracts and external spend responsibly and effectively.
- Anticipate challenges, risks and production complexities, finding solutions that protect creative quality and project success.
- Oversee the execution of projects to ensure work is delivered to the highest possible standard.
- Collaborate closely with creative, account and client teams to provide production guidance, recommendations and expertise.
- Support new business opportunities by helping shape production approaches, budgets and delivery recommendations.
- Continuously explore new technologies, platforms, production methodologies and creative tools that can unlock new opportunities for clients and the agency.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years' experience in creative production, integrated production, content production, experiential production or related disciplines.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns, earned-first activations, content programmes, social campaigns, creator partnerships or experiences.
- Strong understanding of modern production disciplines, including content, social, digital, experiential and emerging technologies.
- Experience managing production budgets, scopes, timelines and external partners.
- Proven ability to navigate complexity and deliver ambitious work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent commercial awareness and experience balancing creative ambition with operational realities.
- Strong network of production partners, creators, suppliers and specialist talent.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Calm, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively under pressure.
- Genuine passion for creativity, culture and bringing great ideas to life.
- Bonus Points For
- Experience working within PR, earned media, integrated communications or creative agency environments.
- Experience producing creator-led, social-first or culturally driven campaigns.
- Experience delivering experiential activations, launches, stunts or live experiences.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled production workflows, emerging creative technologies and innovation-led production approaches.
- Experience contributing to the production and delivery of award-winning or highly earned creative work.
- Existing relationships with creators, production companies, studios, experiential partners or specialist suppliers.
- What Success Looks Like
- Helping bring ambitious ideas to life in ways that maximise creative impact and earned attention.
- Delivering exceptional work on time, on budget and to the highest production standards.
- Building trusted relationships across creative, account and client teams.
- Finding innovative production solutions that make ideas bigger, smarter and more effective.

- Contributing to work that sparks conversation, earns recognition and delivers measurable business impact.
