About The Role
We’re looking for a smart, curious and ambitious Account Director or Senior Account Director to help drive the next phase of growth for Zeno London’s award-winning Corporate Reputation team. You’ll be a trusted strategic partner to some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, helping them protect, shape and communicate their corporate stories with purpose and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day client relationships and provide senior strategic counsel
- Drive impactful integrated, cross‑channel communication programmes
- Oversee budgets and delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage
- Support and mentor junior talent – helping them (and you) grow fast
- Contribute to new business efforts: spotting opportunities, shaping proposals and pitching with flair
- Collaborate across our brand and tech teams to create powerful, joined‑up work
About You
- Has agency experience (ideally global) and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Brings solid knowledge across corporate reputation, ESG, sustainability, issues & crisis and stakeholder comms
- Understands both traditional and digital media landscapes
- Is commercially minded, creative and unafraid to challenge conventional thinking
- Loves motivating teams and developing talent
- Has experience leading integrated, multi‑market campaigns
- Is proactive, collaborative – and has a cracking sense of humour
