As an Account Manager on the ZDX team, you will manage and deliver digital, social, and influencer programmes for a range of clients. This hands-on, fast-paced role requires a solid understanding of how brands perform on social, the value of creators, and how to plan, execute, and measure digital activity. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day client work, turning briefs into clear plans, overseeing campaign delivery, managing content and influencer programmes, and ensuring high-standard output. You will lead client conversations, manage timelines and deliverables, and work closely with senior digital leads, account teams, design, paid specialists, and external partners. We want someone who can balance detail-oriented management with idea generation, possessing strong knowledge of social platforms, influencer marketing and paid social, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Campaign Delivery: Manage day-to-day digital and social activity across clients, including content planning, campaign delivery, influencer coordination, paid support and reporting. Act as the key client contact for digital work, managing requests, timelines, expectations and deliverables with confidence and clarity. Support senior leads in responding to briefs, shaping campaign plans and identifying opportunities for social, influencer and paid activity.
- Content and Influencer Management: Oversee the development and delivery of social content plans across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. Develop and launch campaign content in collaboration with other teams. Support influencer programmes, including talent research, shortlisting, outreach, briefing, content management, contracting and reporting.
- Performance and Analysis: Set up, manage and review reporting templates for social, content, paid and influencer campaigns. Analyse performance data and translate results into clear commentary, recommendations and next steps. Work with paid specialists to support content promotion and paid social activity across relevant platforms. Stay up to date with changes across social platforms, creator marketing, paid media, content formats and digital best practice, sharing relevant insights with the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced digital operator with 4+ years in an agency or in-house role, and strong hands-on experience across social and influencer programme delivery.
- Confident client and campaign manager comfortable managing day-to-day relationships, timelines, deliverables, approvals and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strategically minded digital communicator who can identify opportunities, contribute ideas and apply cultural, platform and audience insight to strengthen social programmes and campaign recommendations.
- Strong social, influencer and paid fluency, applying platform best practice to client work.
- Insightful, organised and collaborative, able to translate performance data into recommendations, support junior team members and work effectively across account, creative, studio, strategy and paid specialists.
