Zeno Group is the fiercely independent and global, integrated communications agency, born from PR. We bring together the boldest and brightest talent to help clients across industries and sectors unleash the power of strategic communications. Guided by our "Fearless Pursuit of the Unexpected," we push the boundaries to achieve real business value and societal impact for clients.

Following recent new business wins and client growth, we're looking for someone passionate about all things brands, culture and technology (B2C) to join the Zeno London team. The newly created role focuses on providing support across industry-leading consumer technology and gaming brands, while also flexing into broader brand, lifestyle, culture and integrated communications briefs.

This is a role for someone who wants to be close to the sharp end of consumer technology storytelling, shaping how some of the world’s best-known technology brands show up in culture, media and everyday life. From gaming and AI to mobile innovation, major global sponsorship moments and culture-led brand campaigns, they will help turn complex technology into stories people actually care about.

This person needs to live and breathe consumer tech and have a strong passion and proven track record in consumer technology hardware. Gaming experience would also be a bonus. As well as having a strong instinct for what makes a story, we need someone who can drive UK activity across media, influencer and owned channels.

We are always keen to hear from people with different backgrounds, with an aptitude for problem solving and an interest in the world of brand and communications. Ideally, they will have worked in a busy agency environment with a sound understanding of agency processes and people management, plus:

  • Experience leading busy B2C communications campaigns for technology brands
  • A creative, culturally curious mindset, with a strong instinct for how technology shows up in entertainment, sport, lifestyle, gaming, work, family life and wider consumer culture
  • Expert knowledge of consumer technology industry and media including gaming, with a little black book of top tier contacts
  • Experience supporting or leading consumer technology product launches, including messaging, media strategy, reviews, events and launch execution
  • Confidence managing product reviews programmes, samples, embargoes, media briefings and fast-moving press office activity
  • Ability to turn technical product features and innovation stories into clear, compelling consumer narratives (e.g. bylines, comments, media pitches)
  • Obsession about media and the evolving landscape, with sound knowledge on different media platforms and formats (social, creator, forums, podcasts, etc.) and how to generate coverage in them
  • Confidence and skill in providing fast advice and counsel to clients and teams
  • An interest and ability to make and hold strong, effective personal relationships with clients, contacts and colleagues
  • Ability to manage both up and down and organising their own and others’ work to ensure client success
  • Experience in regional Hub working would be beneficial but not essential – management and interaction of markets, content creation and toolkits, data analytics and insights

And they will bring humour and humanity to everything they do! This role will sit within our Brand team, which works with large global brands including Lenovo and Motorola on earned media, content, influencer, analytics and hub briefs, alongside wider brand and culture-led work across sectors.

The right person will be excited by variety: comfortable going deep on consumer technology one day, then bringing that same strategic and creative energy to a cultural, lifestyle, sponsorship or integrated brand brief the next.

As well as working with key clients, you will play a role in new business pitches and must be experienced in this area – comfortable in collaborating on, and contributing to, pitch proposals and be a cool, confident presenter.
