Reports to one of our Associate Creative Directors.

Minimum of two days per week in our central London office in Old Street, EC1V 9BW.

About The Role

Great creative work happens when people are curious enough to challenge convention, ambitious enough to think bigger, and determined enough to solve problems differently.

We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious Junior Creative who wants to make work that earns attention, sparks conversation and leaves a mark.

You will join a growing creative team working across consumer, technology, healthcare and corporate clients, helping develop earned‑first ideas that people don’t just see, but share, talk about and remember.

You’ll work alongside creatives, strategists, designers, creators and account teams to solve business challenges in ambitious ways.

One day you might be writing social content.

The next, helping shape a campaign platform or cultural activation.

We’re less interested in how many years of experience you have and more interested in how you think.

We want curious people who are plugged into culture, obsessed with ideas, and always asking, “How could this be better?” Someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.

Someone who wants to make work that truly matters to the real world.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Support the development of earned‑first creative ideas for client campaigns, new business pitches and proactive opportunities.
  • Monitor cultural trends, news moments, audience behaviours and emerging platforms to inspire creative thinking.
  • Conduct research and gather insights that help shape campaign concepts and creative recommendations.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
  • Help develop presentations, creative decks and pitch materials.
  • Collaborate with account teams to ensure ideas are rooted in client objectives and audience insights.
  • Support the creation of campaign mechanics, activation ideas, partnerships and earned media opportunities.
  • Work alongside content, social and design teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Assist in evaluating campaign performance and identifying opportunities for future optimisation.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in PR, social media, advertising or a creative environment.
  • A naturally curious mindset and strong interest in culture, media and current affairs.
  • Passion for creative communications and earned media.
  • Ability to generate ideas and contribute confidently in collaborative environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention‑to‑detail and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital culture.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A pro‑active attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Bonus Points For
  • Experience contributing to creative campaigns.
  • Knowledge of consumer technology, gaming, lifestyle or corporate communications.
  • Experience using social listening or trend‑monitoring tools.
  • Content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing or design.
  • Experience participating in new business pitches.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Bringing fresh perspectives and cultural insights to creative discussions.
  • Helping develop ideas that generate earned attention and audience engagement.
  • Building strong relationships across teams and disciplines.
  • Contributing to award‑worthy and business‑driving creative work.
  • Continuously developing your creative skills and understanding of the earned media landscape.
  • Why Join Us

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside, and learn from, some of the industry’s most talented creatives, communications professionals and strategists, helping shape campaigns for leading brands while developing your own creative career in a fast‑paced, supportive and collaborative environment.
