Zeno Group is the fiercely independent and global, integrated communications agency, born from PR. We bring together the boldest and brightest talent to help clients across industries and sectors unleash the power of strategic communications. Guided by our "Fearless Pursuit of the Unexpected," we push the boundaries to achieve real business value and societal impact for clients.
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our London Brand team. Culture is moving fast. One minute a creator is setting the agenda, the next a brand is in the group chat, a headline is everywhere, or an AI-generated campaign is making everyone question what feels real. We help brands understand that world, earn attention within it, and show up with ideas that feel sharp, relevant and genuinely worth talking about.
This is a role for someone curious, proactive and culturally switched-on. Someone who notices what people are talking about, understands how stories travel, and can spot the difference between a passing trend and something with real creative potential.
You’ll support creative, integrated communications campaigns for brilliant brands, helping to deliver work that earns attention and drives impact. From writing and pitching to research, reporting and client activity, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day delivery of busy, fast-moving accounts, while building the skills, confidence and instincts to grow your career in brand communications.
What you’ll do:- Support the delivery of PR and integrated communications campaigns
- Write press releases, pitches, briefing notes, articles, social copy and client materials
- Build relationships with journalists, creators, influencers and industry contacts
- Pitch stories and identify proactive media opportunities
- Track news, trends, audience behaviours and cultural conversations relevant to clients
- Use media and social listening tools to gather insight and monitor results
- Support client meetings, reporting, presentations and activity plans
- Bring fresh ideas, energy and a clear point of view to the team
You’ll likely have around one year’s experience in PR, communications, media, marketing or another fast-paced environment. You’ll thrive here if you are:
- Culturally switched-on — interested in the news, social platforms, creators, communities, trends and the conversations shaping how people think and behave
- Audience-obsessed — curious about what people care about, what motivates them, and how brands can show up in ways that feel relevant
- A strong writer — clear, sharp and able to adapt your tone across pitches, press materials, social copy and client work
- Media-curious — interested in journalists, headlines, story angles and what makes something genuinely newsworthy
- Proactive — someone who brings ideas, momentum and a ‘what if we tried this?’ mindset
- Organised under pressure — able to manage deadlines, details and multiple priorities without losing the plot
- A proper team player — collaborative, generous and up for getting stuck in
- Opinionated — confident enough to have a point of view, smart enough to keep learning
This is an opportunity to build your career in a fast-moving Brand team, working on creative, integrated campaigns with people who care about smart thinking, strong media instincts and standout work.
