We are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to work closely with our CEO, investment team and external distribution partners. This is a broad, hands-on role spanning investor relations, client servicing, communications, business development and strategic projects.

We are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to work closely with our CEO, investment team and external distribution partners. This is a broad, hands-on role spanning investor relations, client servicing, communications, business development and strategic projects.
The successful candidate will help communicate Zennor's investment philosophy, support client relationships and contribute to the firm's continued growth and development.
This is not a traditional investor relations role.
You will work directly with senior decision-makers across the business and gain exposure to many aspects of running a growing investment firm. The role offers significant responsibility, variety and scope to make a meaningful contribution from an early stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support relationships with existing and prospective investors across institutional, intermediary and wholesale channels.
- Prepare investor communications and client materials, including factsheets, presentations, market updates, investment commentaries, RFPs and DDQs.
- Work closely with the investment team to communicate portfolio developments and investment insights clearly, accurately and compliantly.
- Assist with fundraising, business development initiatives and external distribution partnerships.
- Coordinate investor meetings, events, roadshows and conference participation.
- Support fund launches and other strategic projects across the business.
- Help develop and maintain the firm's client service, reporting and investor relations infrastructure.
- Manage projects involving internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Qualifications & Skills
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced PowerPoint and strong Excel skills.
- Experience using Adobe InDesign or similar design software to produce professional client-facing materials.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and the ability to synthesise information clearly and succinctly.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing tools or AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot would be advantageous.
Experience
We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, including investor relations, client servicing, investment communications, marketing, consulting, professional services and financial services.
- Previous asset management experience is advantageous but not essential. We are more interested in intellectual calibre, initiative, judgement and the ability to make a meaningful contribution from day one.
