Overview

We are hiring an Analytics Manager to play a key role in how one of the world’s most influential technology brands understands and activates its marketing performance. Sitting within the Adobe.Pub team at Publicis Media, this role blends advanced analytics with storytelling to shape smarter, full‑funnel decision‑making across markets. You’ll work closely with strategists, planners and clients, turning complex data into insight that genuinely moves the business forward. Responsibilities

  • Partnering with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, actionable analytical approaches.
  • Delivering advanced campaign and full‑funnel analysis to identify performance drivers and optimisation opportunities.
  • Turning complex datasets into clear insight that informs strategy, planning and investment decisions.
  • Designing and maintaining intuitive dashboards that make performance easy to understand and act on.
  • Leading deep‑dive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities and scalable best practices across markets.
  • Producing clear, compelling narratives that bring data to life for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Supporting the development of the wider analytics team through collaboration, mentoring and shared learning.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in digital marketing or media analytics, including campaign evaluation and optimisation.
  • A strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and attribution approaches.
  • Confidence using data visualisation tools to communicate insight clearly and effectively.
  • Solid analytical capability, with comfort working with large and complex datasets.
  • The ability to translate data into stories that influence decisions and action.
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
  • A collaborative, curious mindset and a genuine interest in helping teams make better decisions with data.
