Overview

We are hiring a Paid Social Manager on our TIKTOK Account to join Zenith International’s fast‑growing Paid Social team, home to over 100 specialists across Europe. In this role, you’ll shape and deliver high‑impact, multi‑market campaigns for some of the world’s most recognised brands, including innovative TikTok‑led activations. You’ll sit at the centre of strategy and execution, working closely with senior leaders to push what great paid social can achieve at scale. If you enjoy blending creativity, rigour and collaboration, this role offers real ownership and influence.

Responsibilities

  • Leading paid social strategy across multiple markets, ensuring campaigns deliver against brand and performance objectives.
  • Partnering with the hub lead to design and execute best‑in‑class paid social approaches across global platforms.
  • Driving innovation through structured testing and learning, using insight to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Overseeing flawless campaign activation, ensuring accuracy, consistency and high standards across all markets.
  • Growing and evolving the account by exploring new platforms, products and ways of working.
  • Managing client deliverables with clear communication and thoughtful prioritisation across the team.
  • Supporting and developing team members through coaching, feedback and meaningful development conversations.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience planning and activating large‑scale paid social campaigns across global platforms.
  • Confident technical knowledge of platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and X.
  • Experience working directly with clients, with the ability to present ideas clearly and credibly.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • A thoughtful, analytical approach to problem‑solving and performance improvement.
  • Experience supporting or managing others, with a genuine interest in developing people.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a desire to keep learning as platforms and products evolve.
