We are hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to lead campaigns for a leading entertainment client – spanning cinema releases, blockbuster franchises and family favourites. This is a rare opportunity to shape how some of the world’s most talked‑about films show up across social, from first teaser to box office opening and beyond. You’ll sit within Publicis Imagine’s dedicated “Power of One” team, working at the heart of a specialist social group while collaborating with a wider investment team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑funnel paid social campaigns, from brand awareness through to performance outcomes across major film releases.
  • Own campaign planning, setting the direction while QA’ing execution to ensure best‑in‑class delivery.
  • Act as a key client contact, leading weekly calls and presenting results, insights (RTBs) and learnings (PCAs).
  • Manage and develop a team of three (two Senior Account Executives and one Executive), supporting their growth and output.
  • Bring campaigns to life across platforms including Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Partner with wider media, strategy and investment teams to deliver integrated, high‑impact campaigns.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and test new approaches to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in paid social, with confidence leading planning and buying activity end‑to‑end.
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to present clearly and build trusted relationships.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of key social platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
  • A data‑informed mindset, comfortable translating performance into actionable insights.
  • Curiosity about entertainment, culture and how audiences engage with content.
  • Organised and detail‑focused, with confidence balancing multiple campaigns and priorities.
