Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Out of Home (OOH) Associate Director to lead and work across the high-profile Disney account along with a diverse portfolio of other clients. In this role, you will be accountable for proactively developing senior relationships with Clients, Planners, Investment teams, and Media Owners. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of working relationships and practices to deliver client growth targets and organic growth opportunities.

- Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Proactively develop senior relationships with Clients, Planners, Investment teams, and Media Owners.
- Strategic Planning and Buying: Demonstrate excellent OOH knowledge and experience in planning and buying, utilizing industry and internal tools such as Purl, Route, Planner, and Touchpoints.
- Leadership: Manage, motivate, and coach a diverse group of people, inspiring them to achieve their best.
- Collaborative Approach: Share ideas and business intelligence to support the overall performance of the function and the business.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills:
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to influence a broad range of senior external and internal stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in OOH advertising, with a broad understanding of planning and buying processes.
- Proficiency with industry and internal planning and administration tools (e.g., Purl, Route, Planner, Touchpoints).
- Strong leadership skills to manage, motivate, and coach a diverse team.
- Capable of managing day-to-day interactions with agency planners, Central Trading Team, Media Owner partners, and Clients.
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to sharing ideas and business intelligence to support overall business performance.
