We are hiring a Global Digital Director to join the Zenith International team, working on our flagship global client, Philip Morris International. This role sits at the centre of a truly international account spanning over 50 markets, offering the chance to influence digital strategy at scale. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping pilots, unlocking innovation, and helping the client navigate a complex, regulated digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global digital pilots from brief through to PCA, working closely with markets and delivery teams.
  • Partner with the global PMI team to identify opportunities that drive performance and efficiency.
  • Explore and assess digital and AI‑led solutions to support smarter ways of working.
  • Ensure project outputs are high‑quality, on brief and delivered with clarity and consistency.
  • Provide regular, meaningful updates to the client, giving visibility across markets and initiatives.
  • Support the evaluation and selection of potential technology and media partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and unlock better ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating at Global Digital Director level or equivalent on complex, international accounts.
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, with clear and compelling communication.
  • Strong analytical capability, with practical working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently while keeping others aligned.
  • Proven people leadership skills, with a supportive and inclusive management style.
  • Experience within FMCG and/or regulated or restricted categories.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges, including occasional travel.
