Overview
TAAG Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how data, technology and ad operations come together to drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. This role sits at the heart of campaign delivery, bringing clarity, rigour and innovation to tagging, trafficking, measurement and optimisation. You’ll work closely with media, analytics and technology partners to turn complex data into confident decisions. Responsibilities
- Owning the end‑to‑end ad operations and optimisation process, from campaign set‑up through to performance improvement.
- Translating historical performance data into clear KPIs, planning inputs and optimisation recommendations.
- Acting as a trusted escalation point for technology questions, challenges and agency points of view.
- Leading and supporting offshore trafficking and analyst teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality execution.
- Designing and refining processes, documentation and training to enable reliable, on‑time delivery.
- Partnering with media, analytics and technology teams to develop scalable reporting, dashboards and data solutions.
- Building strong relationships with technology and measurement partners to evolve ad operations in line with client needs.
Qualifications
- Solid experience across digital ad serving, tagging, measurement and associated platforms.
- Confidence working with data, including analysis and reporting using Excel or similar tools.
- Hands‑on knowledge of ad servers and tag management solutions, with a quality‑first mindset.
- The ability to lead teams operationally while also contributing strategic guidance as accounts evolve.
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and internal stakeholders.
- Curiosity and adaptability when learning new tools, processes and technologies.
- A collaborative, solutions‑focused approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
