This role is an opportunity to work with two prestigious brands within the luxury space, across two teams that are set up to deliver the world’s best digital marketing. It is an opportunity to manage autonomously across your client set and learn from the best practitioners in an exciting dynamic & diverse environment. We are looking for a Paid Search Manager to own the day to day activation of paid search across a portfolio of Whisky and Luxury Beauty brands. Salary is competitive and you will have the opportunity to work within an ambitious cross‑channel team.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc. Monitor and adjust bids, budget allocation, and targeting to maximise ROI under modern search setup with AI technology.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide key actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and support QBRs to communicate results, trends, and recommendations.
  • A/B Testing and Optimisation: Develop and conduct A/B tests for performance improvement and growth.
  • Client Collaboration and Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic advice and insights. Maintain ongoing communication to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge and Tools: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Utilise tools for automation, reporting, and optimisation.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in paid search platforms (i.e. SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills for data interpretation and performance optimisation.
  • Exceptional client relationship management and organisational skills, capable of prioritising and managing multiple tasks seamlessly and accurately.
  • Experience in managing a team would be advantageous.
