In March 2023, Publicis Media won the Adobe business for Europe, APAC, and Japan. We have established the Adobe.pub team to act as a seamless extension of the Adobe marketing team. Our global team is a centre of excellence with responsibility for raising standards in all global regions; from establishing strategy to media planning, activating media across digital channels, and reporting on campaign results.

This is an incredible opportunity to drive growth and change on a fast-growing, game-changing Publicis Media client. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success leader to own the global Data & Analytics agenda for a large enterprise client and drive its implementation, enhancing capabilities to accelerate sustainable growth for Adobe across global markets including APAC and EMEA.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of Data Analytics capabilities, maximising their uptake by customers, driving value realisation, and merchandising the impact of products.
  • Data, Analytics and Automation Strategy
    • Consider the differing set-ups of regional data and analytics programmes, establish commonalities across regions to identify opportunities to empower, support and enable regional excellence.
    • Use global and regional discovery techniques to establish a worldwide vision, mission strategy and delivery roadmap for Data and Analytics.
    • Develop a clear, realistic but ambitious vision for the role that Publicis will play in delivering Data and Analytics capability worldwide.
    • Partner with global and regional Adobe.pub teams to evangelise the worldwide Data and Analytics vision and strategy within the Publicis business.
  • Go To Market & Implementation
    • Identify inefficiencies in data-to-decision processes across digital analytics, personalisation, business intelligence, and experimentation domains and recommend solutions to improve.
    • Collaborate with global key points of contact at Adobe on delivery of the vision, strategy and roadmap and empower them to advocate the programme within the Adobe business.
    • Provide oversight and leadership to a team of engineers responsible for developing analytics platforms that enable the team to make smarter optimisation decisions and performance evaluations.
  • Client Success Leadership
    • Lead customer onboarding for key products to ensure a seamless implementation and engagement. Conduct training sessions to educate customers on best practices and maximise adoption.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ongoing support. Build strong relationships through regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic guidance.
    • Monitor customer engagement and proactively recommend solutions to enhance product usage. Align our data products with customers' objectives to drive measurable value.
    • Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical requests when needed. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve challenges.
    • Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to maximise client lifetime value. Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth contract renewals and account expansions.
    • Gather client insights and share feedback with product teams to influence roadmap decisions. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine client messaging and engagement strategies.
    • Track key client success metrics such as product usage, adoption trends, and churn risk. Leverage analytics to forecast client satisfaction and identify proactive engagement strategies.
  • Power of One
    • Be a key member of the Zenith International Data and Analytics team; supporting on cross agency initiatives and sharing and incorporating best practices from other accounts.
    • Contribute to the development of the broader global Adobe.pub, Zenith Global & Publicis Media Data and Analytics capability.
    • Provide mentorship, coaching and line-management leadership to a small team of data specialists based both in London and in international markets.
Qualifications
  • An accomplished Data and Analytics leader with a successful track record of creating and overseeing the delivery of change management programmes in a regional or global matrix organisation.
  • An inspirational thinker who can create a clear and powerful vision for teams and clients to align to and manage the delivery of that vision from start to finish.
  • An experienced practitioner who can use their experience of a wide range of data practices, data sources, analytics technologies and analytics platforms to support a diverse team of individuals (including strategists and engineers) to deliver their worldwide Data and Analytics vision.
  • A strong communicator who can build a convincing narrative and powerfully present the agency’s ideas and plans to Adobe stakeholders.
  • A commercially minded operator, comfortable managing the financial elements of programme delivery including profitability management, resource utilisation and commercial proposals.
  • Able to identify when to escalate potential issues before they become a problem.
  • Positive and well-informed, able to think quickly on your feet, not afraid to speak up and can defend their point of view without being dogmatic.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to understand and interpret data; to identify trends, opportunities and make strategic arguments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to quickly spot and correct mistakes and inconsistencies in data.
