As Operations Senior Executive, you will play an important role within the Essity Engine Global Hub that activates digital campaigns for all Essity brands across 34+ markets. This role sits at the centre of global operations, governance, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Activation teams and the local Zenith team to ensure Campaign Management and activation deliverables are provided timely and with excellence.
  • Participate in multiple workstreams and engage daily with internal stakeholders across Publicis Media, including Finance, Innovation, Data, TAAG, and other specialist functions.
  • Keep operations efficient and organised, ensuring operational rigor and best‑in‑class delivery is met daily.
  • Report to the Operations Director based in London.

Qualifications

  • Have managed digital media workflows, supporting multiple stakeholders to deliver tasks timely, preferably in a multi‑market agency environment.
  • Communicate well with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail whilst managing multiple priorities.
  • Operate as a true team player, committed to the collective success of the Essity and Zenith network.
  • Maintain a solutions‑oriented approach, even under pressure.
