One L’Oréal is a global cross functional team created to service the L’Oréal business across multiple markets and disciplines, including media, commerce, creative, production, influencer marketing and business transformation. This role sits within the media function of One L’Oréal, where you will work with the broader media team on creating, sharing and scaling best in class work.
Responsibilities
- You will be working with local market L’Oréal media teams across 17+ markets in which Publicis are the media agency of record; to raise standards and scale best practices.
- You will be asked to work across a wide range of topics that cover digital governance, network management, operations, media, brand, digital and creative.
- You will produce media POVs and best practice using multiple tools and be required to collate, analyse, and develop learnings and insights from a wide range of data sources.
- You will have an interaction with a wide range of Publicis Media specialists, allowing for personal development; you’ll get to work with some of the brightest talent in the industry.
- You will be able to understand and manage global relationships with other markets and actively communicate with different stakeholders within the agency group.
Qualifications
- Solid media knowledge and understanding of the role of media channels including Video (TV + Online), Digital (Search, Social, Programmatic), and eCommerce.
- Previous local media agency planning or activation experience within a digital role. Global network management experience is also beneficial.
- Proficiency with audience planning tools such as GWI.
- Passion and curiosity for all things media including audience, innovation, digital and social.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to engage with multiple stakeholders to drive delivery of projects.
- Meticulously organized and have strong attention to detail.
