We’re looking for a Search Performance Planning Manager to support media strategy and performance planning for Essity’s Health & Medical division. We’re looking for candidates with a data‑driven mindset, to connect long‑term brand strategies with short‑term performance outcomes. This role will be working across the Latin Americas but will be based in our London offices so is the perfect opportunity for Spanish speakers.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with and be part of a high‑performing international team that manages complex, multi‑market campaigns and drives innovation in social and search excellence. You will combine strategic acumen with hands‑on experience in digital performance channels, with a particular expertise in Paid Search (Any knowledge or experience of Social and Programmatic are a bonus!). This skillset will be an asset to be a core part of the focus in maximising ROI and accelerating audience engagement among professional and healthcare segments for our client.

Responsibilities

  • Have the opportunity to partner with the Business Director and Global Performance Planning Director and be a part of building the annual end‑to‑end media strategy, planning, and activation for Essity Health & Medical.
  • Help develop annual media frameworks and activation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market nuances.
  • Have the opportunity to partner closely with clients, translating business and category goals into actionable media strategies.
  • Support and drive measurement, test‑and‑learn agendas, and continuous performance optimisation.
  • Be a part of collaborating with central and local stakeholders across creative, analytics, and platform teams.
  • Become the digital and performance planning expert, ensuring best‑in‑class execution across search and e‑commerce.

Qualifications

  • Equal parts strategic thinker and master juggler, you bring a data‑obsessed mindset, Spanish fluency, and the ability to confidently manage multiple digital plans and campaigns, timelines, and cross‑functional stakeholders at once – and make it look easy!
  • Experience in Media strategy and planning.
  • A Spanish speaker to support coordination across LATAM markets.
  • Experience with Paid Search (Google/Bing). Any experience across Paid Social or Programmatic would be a bonus!
  • Multi‑market campaign management and regional coordination.
  • Provide excellent support with client servicing, influencing, and presentation skills.
