We are seeking an exceptional Analytics Manager to lead reporting and analytics for the ex-US global business.
Responsibilities:
- Measurement Frameworks & Reporting Excellence: Oversee central digital activation and global reporting requirements, including the development of reporting templates such as mid campaign reports and PCAs. Build and maintain measurement frameworks with clearly defined business, marketing, and media KPIs. Ensure consistent adoption and use of dashboards, reporting structures, and performance tracking tools across markets. Lead the creation of consolidated datasets that support forecasting, strategic planning, and performance evaluation.
- Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation: Lead sophisticated analysis to deliver clear, data driven solutions and actionable recommendations to business challenges. Plan, manage, and execute analytical workstreams that support campaign strategy, planning, and optimisation. Provide analytical and reporting support to the Central Digital Activation team to ensure continuous performance improvement. Identify and apply appropriate testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate, incrementality) to evaluate and enhance digital marketing performance.
- Data Management & Governance: Lead the collection, validation, and integration of data from 10 international markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. Maintain high standards of data governance, quality assurance, and documentation across all analytical outputs. Build and maintain consolidated datasets that support multi market reporting and strategic insight generation. Ensure alignment with existing data governance principles and analytics best practices.
- Cross Regional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the strategic link between the US Analytics team and London based teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and seamless collaboration. Partner with stakeholders across multiple business lines to understand analytical needs and translate requirements into actionable insights. Serve as the day-to-day analytics lead for client stakeholders, managing requests, updates, and issue resolution. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure high quality analytical outputs and strong client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in data and analytics, ideally within digital marketing, media, or a multi-market environment.
- Proven track record in delivering insights, measurement frameworks, and evaluation projects.
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders across regions or markets.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including data extraction and manipulation from cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Hands on experience with BI and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio/GDS).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data manipulation).
- Experience cleaning, validating, and preparing datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, and performance measurement.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies such as A/B testing and multivariate testing.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality processes.
- Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proactive problem solver with strong ownership and accountability.
