We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Group Tech & Change team. This is a key role in helping us drive business transformation by ensuring requirements are clearly defined, processes are optimised, and solutions are adopted successfully across the organisation. You will work across a variety of projects from discovery through to delivery and hypercare, playing a vital role in shaping change that delivers real business value.

What’s The Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, risks and impacts of proposed business and technical changes.
- Elicit, validate and document business requirements using proven techniques and tools.
- Create and maintain documentation including blueprints, process models and BA artefacts.
- Facilitate communication across colleagues, PMO, IT and external vendors.
- Support design, testing and user acceptance to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide end-user training and documentation to support adoption.
- Contribute to BA standards, processes and frameworks to improve practice.

- Competitive Salary: between £40,000 to £52,000 per annum (depending on experience) & Annual bonus.
