Senior Process Improvement Analyst - 6 month FTC

We are currently looking for a Senior Process Improvement Analyst to join our Group Transformation Team on a 6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend or become permanent.

This role is focused on creating and developing end-to-end customer journeys that will help shape future system development and process improvement priorities across the business.

Using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and systems thinking, you will work with stakeholders to drive simplification, automation, efficiency and lasting business improvements.

The Transformation Team delivers major change programmes across systems, processes, people and organisational structures to ensure Zenith operates efficiently and effectively.

Working in a collaborative, customer-focused and data-driven environment, the team is responsible for delivering sustainable change, measurable business benefits and high-quality outcomes across the organisation.

  • What's the Role
  • Facilitate workshops to map, analyse and improve end-to-end customer journeys across multiple departments
  • Build understanding of customer journey performance through value stream mapping, KPI analysis and identification of bottlenecks
  • Work with stakeholders to implement quick wins and support prioritisation of future improvement opportunities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving cycle times and increasing automation
  • Act as a subject matter expert for process automation and robotics implementation
  • Establish and track KPIs, benefits realisation and post-implementation reviews to measure success
  • Coach and mentor colleagues in continuous improvement and change management best practices

  • Experience delivering change management and innovation initiatives within a professional services environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Visio, Excel, Power Point, Project and Word
