Driver Services Administrator (3 month FTC)

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide support to drivers via phone and email, delivering excellent customer service within agreed SLAs
  • Keep drivers updated on the status of their queries and bookings, taking ownership from initial contact through to resolution
  • Process service, MOT, repair, and other fleet-related bookings
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records and databases
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and drive service improvements
