We are looking for an Operations & Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team, supporting data-driven decision-making and contributing to the organisation’s data and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- The role focuses on analysing data, generating insights, and supporting reporting and automation initiatives.
- You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business questions into analysis and help improve performance through data.
- You will also support the organisation’s AI transformation by contributing to the adoption of new tools, testing innovative approaches, and helping embed automation and AI-driven insights into everyday processes, with opportunities to learn and apply machine learning techniques where relevant.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently to interpret complex datasets.
- Qualification or experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of ML lifecycle: data preprocessing, model development, deployment.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Digital Media and data‑driven marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Experience with Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, Funnel.io, Fivetran.
- Interest in AI tools or frameworks (generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI‑assisted analytics).
