We are hiring a Global Associate Director to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering world‑class media services for Essity, a global leader in hygiene and health. Working at the heart of a truly international account, you’ll help connect strategy, execution and people across markets to drive meaningful business impact. This role offers outstanding exposure to senior stakeholders, global brands and cross‑agency collaboration. Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of global media services for Essity, partnering closely with the Global Business Director.
- Build trusted relationships with central clients and local market teams to ensure smooth, proactive project delivery.
- Coordinate and lead internal and client status meetings, translating multiple inputs into clear actions and outcomes.
- Create compelling client‑facing presentations and practical internal frameworks that bring strategy to life.
- Act as the key connector across markets, ensuring global guidelines are understood, adopted and optimised locally.
- Oversee the consolidation of media plans, insights and best practices, turning data into clear implications and opportunities.
- Support the development of junior team members, providing guidance, structure and quality assurance across outputs.
Qualifications
- Experience across multiple media channels within a media agency, working on local and/or global clients.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance priorities and see the bigger picture.
- Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach.
- A solutions‑focused mindset, able to anticipate challenges and elevate thoughtfully when needed.
- Analytical capability, with confidence interpreting data to identify trends and inform decisions.
- Experience working with or managing local market teams in a global or regional context.
- Solid working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with a high level of attention to detail.
