We are seeking a Finance Ops Manager who can make an immediate impact. Confidence, motivation, and the ability to develop the account are key. You should have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage your workload autonomously. This role offers the opportunity to work with a top FMCG client and deliver world-class digital marketing programs.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain understanding of finance processes and client-specific nuances.
- Improve FinOps efficiency through smarter processes, dashboards, and AI initiatives.
- Keep the Finance Playbook updated with best practices and process details.
- Lead monthly digital media reconciliation processes.
- Manage billing and receivables calls with clients and local markets.
- Review costs quarterly and annually with relevant teams.
- Resolve finance issues, including rejected invoices.
- Handle ad-hoc reconciliation, SOA, and billing requests.
- Experience in finance operations within digital media.
- Knowledge of finance booking systems is desirable.
- Self-motivated with adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills across levels.
- Experience with large vendor platforms and dashboard tools is desirable.
- Eagerness to experiment with AI initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
