As a Down Time Management Controller, you\’ll play a critical role in keeping our customers mobile by ensuring vehicle off-road time is managed efficiently and effectively.

As part of our friendly and driven Down Time Management team, you\’ll be the go-to contact for both drivers and suppliers when a vehicle is off the road. You\’ll combine strong communication, attention to detail, and investigative thinking to drive down repair time and ensure vehicles are back on the road as quickly and smoothly as possible.
