We’re looking for a Global Search Performance Planning Manager to support media strategy and performance planning for Essity’s Health & Medical division globally. This role requires deep B2B and healthcare expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to connect long-term brand strategies with short-term performance outcomes. The position must be filled by a bilingual candidate, a native Spanish speaker. You’ll be part of a high-performing international team that manages complex, multi-market campaigns and drives innovation in social and search excellence. The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen with hands-on experience in digital performance channels—bringing particular expertise in Search, with knowledge and practical experience in Social and Programmatic also highly valuable to maximize ROI and accelerate audience engagement among professional and healthcare segments.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Director and Global Performance Planning Director in building an annual end-to-end media strategy, planning, and activation for Essity Health & Medical.
- Help develop annual media frameworks and activation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market nuances.
- Partner closely with clients to translate business and category goals into actionable media strategies.
- Support and drive measurement, test-and-learn agendas, and continuous performance optimization.
- Collaborate with central and local stakeholders across creative, analytics, and platform teams.
- Ensure clear documentation and reporting against KPIs, emphasizing efficiency and learning.
- Serve as digital and performance planning expert, ensuring best-in-class execution across search and e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B and healthcare media strategy and planning.
- Bilingual, a native Spanish speaker to support coordination across markets.
- Experience with performance channels—particularly Search (Google/Bing), with Social (LinkedIn, Meta) also being a strong advantage.
- Experience managing multi-market campaigns and regional coordination.
- Attention to detail, confidence with numbers and formulas.
- Ability to articulate and present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Provide excellent support with client servicing, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data interpretation and optimization.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
