This is a fantastic opportunity to work at Global Zenith as an Account Executive focused on network management and ensuring the campaigns that go live via our hubs. As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in nurturing and strengthening client relationships within our Global team. We are seeking a proactive individual with outstanding communication skills and a passion to learn more about the media landscape. The role will allow you to be involved in elements of network management where you will work with teams locally and across the globe to ensure the smooth running of the client's campaigns. You will be asked to work across a wide range of topics that cover governance, network management, operations, media, brand, digital and creative. You will have an interaction with a wide range of Zenith and Publicis Media specialists including Digital, Data and Influencer Marketing specialists.
You will also have involvement in the delivery and management of campaigns including:
- Tracking campaign go lives and escalating any potential issues to Operations Director.
- Liaising with key local markets, activations specialists and channel leads to find key updates and inputs to support operational tasks.
- Working alongside channel leads to support the development of continued advances in campaign best practice and operations.
- Supporting in monitoring & reporting of digital campaigns on quality of work and timeliness of delivery.
- Ensuring all reporting on campaigns is delivered, working with channel experts as required.
Qualifications:
- Able to work with internal stakeholders at varying levels to ensure smooth running of campaigns.
- Confident, driven, persuasive and collaborative.
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with clarity.
- Strong analytical & numerical skills, able to understand and interpret data.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
