We are currently looking for a Software Test Analyst to join our Transformation function. This role is focused on ensuring the quality of our applications, reducing defects, and supporting successful delivery outcomes by applying robust and pragmatic testing practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle. You will be part of a new and very exciting tech squad that is being formed to operate in a strong Agile environment and aligned to best practice. Working as a critical member of a delivery squad, you will collaborate closely with developers, product colleagues, and fellow testers, while also contributing to a wider testing community across Zenith.
What's The Role
- Execute thorough functional testing to ensure applications meet defined requirements and quality standards.
- Analyse requirements and user stories to define appropriate test approaches and effort estimates.
- Create clear, traceable test artefacts including test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation.
- Record, manage, and track defects clearly to support timely resolution.
- Report accurately on testing progress, risks, and outcomes within the squad.
- Work collaboratively within an Agile squad to support delivery timelines and quality gates.
- Continuously improve testing approaches by adopting new tools, techniques, and practices.
