We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Group Change & Transformation team. In this role, you will proactively manage and lead a range of projects across the Zenith portfolio, initially focused on the Commercial business runway. You will shape project plans from a position of ambiguity, drive delivery to time, quality and cost, and manage key business stakeholders and subject matter experts. You will be part of a dynamic team that partners with business executive sponsors to design and deliver projects aligned with Zenith's strategy. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party suppliers, you will influence expectations, manage budgets, and ensure successful delivery through strong communication and leadership.
What’s the Role
- Proactively manage and lead a range of projects across the Zenith portfolio
- Ensure business priorities are agreed and planned
- Shape project plans and drive delivery to time, quality and cost
- Manage key business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Provide strong direction to enterprise delivery teams, ensuring proactive management of milestones, risks and issues
- Lead and motivate multi-disciplined project teams to deliver customer outcomes efficiently
- Work in close partnership with the Change Management function to maximise value from non-technical change activity
What Can You Offer
- Ability to drive start-up of projects and provide direction and technical insight throughout
- Expertise in delivery techniques and quality assurance for programme and portfolio design
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to act commercially
- Experience with project and delivery tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps
- Strong organisational, analytical, numerical and written skills
