What You'll Be Doing
- Own the day‑to‑day operational delivery for your accounts
- Build and maintain strong, trusted customer relationships
- Lead monthly customer reviews, driving actions and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams across operations, finance, and network management
- Ensure full understanding and delivery of customer contracts and bespoke requirements
- Monitor and manage KPI performance, identifying trends and opportunities
- Proactively resolve issues, including breakdowns, VOR, and non‑compliance
- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling, escalating where appropriate
