Zenith is the UK's leading independent leasing, fleet management and vehicle outsourcing business. We partner with some of the UK's largest organisations to design and deliver bespoke fleet solutions - and we're growing fast!

Our focused team work hard to sell Zenith's solution-based contract hire, salary sacrifice, fleet management and leasing packages to existing and new customers in a B2B environment, for businesses who operate fleets of over 500 vehicles on a sole supply basis. We compete on quality, service and commercial value, whilst offering excellent customer service and acting as ambassadors for the Zenith brand.

As part of our 50+ strong Corporate Commercial team, reporting directly into the Corporate Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and successfully securing new large-corporate customers. This is a national role, focused on UK-based corporates with large fleet requirements. You will have the freedom and autonomy to develop and execute your own sales strategy, supported by experienced internal bid, implementation and driver-engagement teams.

Success in this role comes from understanding client challenges first, then shaping Zenith's solutions around what genuinely matters to them. We already work with a number of blue-chip large corporate businesses, including some of the UK's largest household names, and this role will play a key part in continuing that growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identifying and seeking out new business opportunities
  • Leading discovery-led sales conversations to understand client objectives, challenges and commercial drivers
  • Demonstrating excellent presentation skills when selling the Company's key features and benefits to secure new customers
  • Being an expert in your field; continually keeping up to date with industry topics, trends and products so as to best advise customers leading to successful conclusions for Zenith
  • Making accurate cost calculations and providing customers with detailed quotations when required; outstanding customer service is paramount
  • Negotiating terms of agreement and demonstrating the ability to close sales successfully
  • Ensuring the smooth progression of the sale through to delivery
