- We are currently looking for a
- Billing Analyst to join Zenith on a
6-month fixed-term contract , with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity.
You'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely customer invoicing, resolving billing queries, and ensuring excellent service for a portfolio of customers while supporting Zenith's commitment to outstanding customer experience.
- What's The Role
- Manage a portfolio of customers and take ownership of all billing activities
- Produce and issue accurate customer invoices in line with agreed SLAs
- Build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes within agreed timescales
- Collaborate with operational and finance teams to deliver prompt query resolution
- Support team objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle ad hoc customer requests and billing queries while maintaining service excellence
