We’re looking for a Programmatic Manager to play a key role in leading activation management, delivery and stakeholder management across a high-profile, international account, reMarkable. This role sits at the heart of our programmatic capability, overseeing best-in-class activation while shaping how teams, hubs and processes operate at scale across multiple markets.
You’ll act as a senior point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, combining deep programmatic expertise with confident leadership. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence, and who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments where quality, innovation and performance really matter.
This role provides a unique opportunity to own and plan dynamic programmatic campaigns across a wide variety of mediums. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and get the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of operations, inspire and lead a small offshore team and learn from a wider growing agency team with leading data driven clients.
Responsibilities:- Own and manage the day-to-day relationship with key local agency stakeholders including the direct client and the central client services.
- Manage expectations for all aspects of the campaign lifecycle with the client and client services team, from planning through to reporting.
- Build and own a test and learn roadmap for the client.
- Lead weekly internal and external programmatic/campaign status meetings, covering performance, pacing, key priorities and any other areas.
- Coordinate campaign requirements such as assets and tags to ensure timely campaign setup by the activation team.
- Own and oversee the timely delivery of campaign reporting cycle including weekly reports and PCAs, working closely with the activation team to ensure data integrity, well-written campaign insights and optimisation commentary.
- Highly self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook.
- Proficient in major DSPs (i.e. Google’s DV360, Amazon AAP, Tradedesk) and extensive knowledge of the RTB and wider programmatic landscape.
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
