We’re hiring a Planning Manager to join a dedicated, high-performing team working with Adobe – one of the world’s most influential technology brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape full-funnel media strategies for products used by millions, combining creativity, data and collaboration at scale. You’ll play a central role in connecting strategy to execution, helping deliver standout digital experiences across EMEA. Responsibilities

  • Design thoughtful, insight-led cross-channel media strategies for key Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • Lead campaigns from briefing through to post-campaign analysis, ensuring clear direction and strong delivery.
  • Partner closely with Adobe stakeholders to guide them through planning, activation and performance insights.
  • Build strong relationships with activation specialists and media partners to enable seamless execution.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and aligned to agreed objectives and budgets.
  • Support and coach a Planning Executive, fostering their development and confidence.
  • Use data and past performance to identify learning opportunities and continuously improve future campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience in media planning with a clear understanding of digital channels and how they work together.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative approach, with an interest in understanding audiences and influencing behaviour.
  • Curiosity about industry trends and a proactive attitude to learning and improvement.
  • Experience working across markets or on complex accounts is helpful, but not essential.
