Overview
We are hiring a Retail Media Account Manager to join Publicis Commerce at an exciting moment of growth, driven by a major new client win. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail media campaigns across key platforms, ensuring quality and performance at every stage
- Build strong relationships with clients, guiding conversations and providing clear, value-focused recommendations
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop plans that support long‑term client success
- Translate data and market trends into practical insights that improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with wider channel teams to deliver integrated, joined‑up digital strategies
- Ensure accurate reporting, billing and financial processes across your accounts
- Support and mentor team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Experience managing retail media campaigns, particularly within platforms such as Amazon Advertising or similar environments
- A solid understanding of search, performance media and how digital channels work together
- Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders, both internally and with clients
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear, actionable recommendations
- An organised and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- A collaborative mindset, with an interest in sharing knowledge and supporting others
- Curiosity and motivation to keep learning in a constantly evolving retail media landscape
