This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, to ideally start in May 2026. Zenith is looking for an Operations/Governance Director to join the team working on Coty, one of our key global beauty clients. This role sits within the UK team and acts as a bridge between local and global planning teams, ensuring media governance, reporting and processes run smoothly across the account. You’ll lead governance and operational standards across the UK business, helping teams maintain high-quality data, meet reporting requirements and stay aligned with global processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments and improving the way teams work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading governance and compliance across the Coty UK account
- Ensuring media data, reporting and campaign information are accurate and audit-ready
- Managing key trackers, dashboards and governance tools
- Supporting budget tracking, PO management and financial processes
- Working with local and global teams to improve workflows and reporting standards
- Acting as a key point of contact between UK teams and the wider Coty network
What we’re looking for:
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Experience working with reporting, data management or operational processes
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across teams and markets
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience in a media or marketing environment is beneficial but not essential
