We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Engagement Executive to lead outreach and sales efforts across schools, community events, and family networks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and converting interest into learner enrolments — all while championing our clients inclusive values. You will be the face of our organisation in schools, community events, and family settings — helping parents, educators, and learners understand how we can support their journey. Key Responsibilities * Proactively identify and engage with schools, colleges, community organisations, and parents to promote our training and support services. * Attend and present at events, open days, and community forums to generate leads and build brand awareness. * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet learner recruitment targets. * Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective learners and partners. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learner support. * Track and report on outreach activities, conversion rates, and engagement metrics. * Represent the organisation with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to inclusion.
