We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer to join Zenith Training. You will provide excellent teaching and learning sessions for Level 2 and 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeships, both face-to-face and remotely. You will manage a caseload of learners and employers to ensure timely achievement and progression, supporting the enhancement of standards in line with our organisational goals.

The role responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality apprenticeship standards using engaging methods suitable for learners' needs, including face-to-face and remote sessions, both 1-2-1 and group settings.
  • Prepare relevant course materials, including resources, lesson plans, and schemes of work that meet awarding body requirements.
  • Use initial assessment results to tailor learning plans to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with employers to develop training programmes that meet employer requirements and add value for learners.
  • Monitor learner progress to ensure ongoing development and timely achievement.
  • Support achievement of KPIs, business performance targets, and contractual obligations related to learner retention and success rates.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback to employers and learners during reviews on progress and areas for improvement.
  • Gather feedback from learners on learning materials to continually improve the service and learning experience.
  • Work closely with the Quality and Compliance Team to ensure all paperwork and systems are completed accurately and within deadlines.
  • Act on feedback from teaching observations, employers, and peers to improve teaching quality.
  • Stay informed about Ofsted, awarding organisations, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Participate in IQA activities and achieve relevant qualifications as needed.
  • Offer impartial advice and guidance to support learners' progression.
  • Promote safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, Maths, and English in all sessions.
  • Monitor and promote equality and diversity, recording any issues that arise.
  • Use diverse delivery methods tailored to learner needs to stimulate engagement.

Additional responsibilities include tracking learner progress, completing regular reports, contributing to audits, maintaining programme knowledge, and providing high-quality customer service. Candidates should have experience delivering vocational qualifications, hold a recognized teaching qualification, possess excellent communication skills, and be flexible with travel, including a full driving license and business insurance.
