Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
* Operation of hand tools
* Carry out close work
* Manual handling/ dextrous work
* Accurately follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Ability to follow instructions
* Use of initiative and flexible working attitude
* Able to demonstrate they meet the minimum entry level 3 of numeracy and literacy to NVQ standards
* Complete paperwork correctly
* Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace
* Follow health and safety rules.
Candidate Specification:
* Experience of working in a high-volume production environment is desirable
* Able to work as part of a team
* Able to work on own initiative when necessary
* Able to work to within tight cycles/deadlines and with minimum supervision
* Able to work in a safe manner
* Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and work to standards
* Good Manual dexterity.
Shift Pattern:
* First 8 weeks: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 1pm
* Post 8 weeks: 3 on 3 off – 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Pay: £12.21 – £15.50
