Multi- Trader

Our client is seeking an experienced multi-trader for a long-term contract in the North East. The position is based in County Durham, with work throughout the North East region.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow gas engineers after work on boiler installations.
2. Perform a variety of construction tasks across different trades, including carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, and more.
3. Utilize your skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
4. Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution of work.
5. Work in both void and occupied properties.

Personal Specification:

1. Must hold a valid CSCS card.
2. Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.
3. Previous experience as a labourer and multi-trader roles preferred.
