Duties & Responsibilities * Own the performance of all production machinery—plan, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot to keep operations smooth and efficient. * Coordinate projects to enhance manufacturing processes, introduce cutting-edge equipment, and scale production—all while keeping safety front and centre. * Train production staff on new systems, processes, and safety protocols to build a culture of excellence. * Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing proactive measures.
