We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team here at Zenith People. The ideal candidate will be a people person and have the ability to drive to client sites when required and fill relevant bookings within the manufacturing sector across the North East. Responsibilities: * Undertaking candidate interviews for specific vacancies and for database building * Taking vacancy details from Clients and creating job and person specifications as required * Submitting Candidates to Clients * Arranging Client interviews – confirming with both Client and Candidate and briefing Candidates * Preparing Candidates for interview and giving Candidate interview feedback * Confirming starts and placements ensuring relevant contract confirmation letters and information are distributed. * Client liaison and account management * Attending Client review meetings and collection of Client feedback * Production of contract and induction information for each contract and ensuring this information is kept up to date * Undertaking Candidate inductions, on-site surgeries, disciplinary meetings, briefings, etc for temporary recruitment * Issuing and collating weekly timesheets * Following up queries on behalf of the payroll team * Answering pay queries * Checking of database and timesheets before passing to payroll Person Specification: * Good level of IT proficiency and the ability to use MS Office * A good level of communication skills * Self-motivated * A Full UK drivers licence with access to a car
