Our client based in County Durham are looking for experienced Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out retrofit assessments on domestic properties throughout Northumberland and the North East.
Job description:
- To produce a high quality PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment in line with current accreditation guides.
- Have a general understanding of ECO and the requirements of ECO funding.
- Completing energy Performance reports.
- Completing ECO Surveys.
- To liaise with installation teams.
- Make recommendations based on assessment findings.
Person specification:
- Minimum of DEA Accreditation & PAS 2035 and Retrofit Assessment accreditation.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
- Must be qualified with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).
- Strong technical knowledge of energy efficient measures.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible, positive approach to work.
- Computer literate.
