Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day works and reporting to the Site Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of direct labour and sub-contractors.
- Ensuring application of common operational procedures.
- Maintain quality and environmental control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with the Site Manager and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.
- Carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling health, safety and welfare responsibilities.
- Maintain positive relations with clients, design teams and neighbours.
Required knowledge and experience:
- Time-Management Skills
- Must have a valid SSSTS
- Ideally have experience with air source heat pumps
