As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our success by bringing in new business and closing qualified leads generated by our lead generation and accounts teams. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Develop a deep understanding of the needs of potential and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets as set by the business.
- Represent the client and understand how our solutions could meet organizational needs across all vertical sectors.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects through to closing the business.
- Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Set up and deliver product demonstration meetings with prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other platforms to record communications and maintain contact with potential and existing clients.
- Work closely with BDRs and Marketing to align messaging and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance the team’s strategies and support innovation.
- Provide valuable feedback on market trends and client pain points to help shape our client's service proposition.
- Represent the business at events, webinars, and trade shows to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
